Training Venue Change

The Holsworthy Tigers Committee, advise all families that due to the poor ground state of Australis Park, potential hazards to our children’s health and because of the large number of complaints from parents, the Tigers are temporarily going to move training on a Thursday night to Greenway Park from 5:30pm - 6:30pm for all under 8, 10’s, and Under 12’s teams. We hope that this is a temporary move until we can work with council to make Australis Park safe again. The Committee realises that this is going to be a problem for some parents without transport etc.

ALL MANAGERS please contact all of your players and inform them of this move. Ensure you ask parents who are able to transport players and match them up with players who have no transport.

The Plan Follows:

All 8-10 teams meet at Australis Park no latter than 4:50pm. Car pool departs at 5:00pm.

All 12’s players your team managers will contact each family with the time to meet at Australis Park for car- pooling.

Cheryl will have the canteen up and running so all your coffee and dinner requirements will be met.

The Tigers Committee realises that this is not convenient to many families but I am sure you will all agree the health of the children is the only priority. Please do not hesitate to contact you team manager if you have any concerns. Once again this situation is a temporary one which the Committee hope to resolve ASAP with Liverpool council.
